Server target error

I am trying to package a project in UE4 on Windows 10. I go at the following location in the Unreal Editor menu.

File > Package Project > Windows (64-bit)

Then I get the error below. Any idea what might be causing this, or how to fix it?

Thanks.

Most often, this error means that the target server is turned off or disconnected from the network. Received an error while validating LDAP and RPC connectivity. Check your firewall settings
