Serious problem with version 4.21

I started a project with Unreal Engine 4.20, when 4.21 was released i converted the project and continued to work on my game. Now i have a serious problem, the animations i import from Mixamo are completly twisted and deformed, and i didnt had this problem before. The import settings are exactly the same as before and it happens to all meshes with this skeleton. Any one know how to fix this?
