Sequencer track settings missing in 4.20+ Request to return feature

Hello there, seems this problem is related with new engine versions, which did broke our market products.

We have some large problem, our products was using sequencer cinematics for main product features, it was working fine in 4.19.2.

Now in 4.20+ it is totally broken, everything is because sequencer does not allows to animate child meshes of base actor, it was totally fine back in 4.19.2.

For example, we do create custom actor with skeletal mesh inside, in 4.19.2 we could animate the mesh track separately in sequencer, and could apply skeletal animations to it, now in 4.21 we cannot do it, the mesh track is no longer animatable.

Why it is like this now? It does ruin our market products and removes the good working features.

We also include screenshots to show the issue more cleanly.

We kindly request to return this old working feature in new engine versions.

Has anyone knows why this is changed?

This appears fixed to me in 4.23. Here’s what I get.
