Sequencer recording incorrect camera angle


I have a problem I am using Sequencer to record an animated Cine Camera Actor that follows a car in my scene.
I have tried both animating the camera and using a Camera Rig Rail.

I Create the Camera a cuts and assign the camera to render.

The view port shows the correct view, and the thumbnail in the sequence time slider in the camera cuts track also looks correct.
However when launching the render the rotation of the camera view recorded is incorrect.

It is using the correct camera as the tracking position is working, but it is roughly 90o out (in z rot)

Any one else get this? or have any ideas?
