Sequencer: pass data between control rigs for animations?

I have a question about animating in sequencer.

Is there a way to attach a controller of a control rig in sequencer to a controller position of a different control rig? I would like to have some automatic look at behavior where I can specify a moving target and the eyes keeps following that target automatically.

Iclone has a attach functionality for this. Is it possible to achieve this in the unreal sequencer too? As far as I can see, I cannot even reference a different actor in conrol rig.
