Sequencer model pop-in and lag when transitioning between two subsequences

Hi! Is there a way to get rid of this lag and model pop-in when transitioning between two subsequences that contain an animation for a skeletal mesh? It’s not set to spawnable. You can see the model in the t-pose for about a frame between the subsequences

This is what happens when I switch between a frame of each subsequence quickly with my arrow keys. It’s weird how the character t-poses if I switch really fast. Maybe it’s a hint towards where the problem is coming from?

I baked the keyframes to an animation asset and that seems to have fixed the issue. A bit more effort to edit the animation that way, but at least it works

I’ve stumbled into even more bugs. Enabling “Force custom mode” for the animation assets in the timeline fixed some issues and introduced others. I’ve decided to take the animation assets out of the subsequences and work that way from now on - they are way too buggy
