Hi! I am using unreal 5 for my animation project, soo in this project i have a little shortfilm happening, I used alembic cache for the animation since the original was on maya and the rig was not compatible with unreal.
Soo the main thing is I am having lots of trouble with the sequencer, because somehow it is duplicating every spawnable object in the sequence, including cameras and my alembic actors, so they overlap when I hit play, but the weird part is that the actors that are duplicated only appear in the outline but not in the sequence but they have the “lighting” icon referencing them as spawnable objects. I have tried multiple times removing them but everytime I hit play they appear again, I don’t Know what I am doing wrong.
I notice this issue since I add a camera shaker blueprint but I don’t know if it really has to do with it o it was only a coincidence that I took notice until now.
PLEASE HELP ME!!! I don’t found answers in the internet. This is the only thing is left for me to deliver my project.
Spawnables have an option that denote who owns it. Is it possible that you toggled the Spawned Object Owner (right click on the spawnable in Sequencer) to External or Master Sequence? In those cases, the spawnable would stick around until the some other system destroys it or the master sequence is destroyed, respectively.
First, thanks for answering! Yeah I checked that but it was in “this sequence option”. But I found a solution, I saw that in my master sequence I had a Shot Track, like kind of showing the shots at the same time the subsequences were playing, so it kind of duplicate everything that was showing, I don’t know the correllation between that since I am new in this ahah. But erasing the Shot Track in my master sequence solved everything!!
