Sequencer Gameplay Recording Advanced Animation

Hello,

I am wondering if it is possible to record my Thirdperson actor with multiple passes. So for example, first pass - record my character with me walking the actor around the room. Add that to the sequencer, playback is perfect, awesome. Then in a second pass, record my character with me controlling arm and hand movements. Add that to the sequencer and have the two playback together. Then in a third pass, record my character with me controlling the head movements. etc. etc. See the pattern? lol

I know mocap could take care of all this but mocap isn’t really possible right now. Basically I wanna do all my animations with sequence recorder and my xbox controller :stuck_out_tongue: I am pretty new to Unreal so I am not sure how to search for this so if someone could point me in the right direction that’d be great. Or, if I am just crazy you can tell me that too!

You can look into append (?) animation in the animation blueprint and similar controls. I’ve done that to merge body motion with livelink face capture.
