Sequencer frame counter/indicator missing from v5.3?

I’m missing the current frame number out of the total frames in version 5.3.
here’s how it looked on 5.2

Was this eliminated from sequencer or am I just missing something?

In order to tighten the space up, we moved it down and put the counter in the tooltip:
