Sequencer Exclusive End Frame

When setting up a sequence, a key set at the very end of the sequence (on the same frame as the end time marker) is not actually hit or when the sequence plays and is not rendered during a sequence capture. Our pipeline assets commonly use keys at the end of animations to finalize and transition other animations etc. Currently we are manually ending a frame to the end of the sequence in order to hit the final keys, however this causes problems as the sequences themselves are now one frame too long and complicates setting up subsequences.

I am wondering if there is a way to make the final key inclusive to the sequence.
