Sequencer draging track rotation

Hello everyone.

I have encountered an issue with recent version of UE.

Since 5.2 and then 5.3, it is no longer possible to drag the rotation values of an object into negative or above 359 degrees in a sequencer’s track.

The only option I’ve found is to drag the values directly from the graph editor or set the value manually in the transform track.

I did some tests on previous versions, and it was possible to drag rotation values in 4.27 and 5.0 directly in the transform track, which was faster and lot more comfortable to do quick test for animating object or camera.

I’ve been looking in the editor and project settings for 2 days to see if there’s anything that explains this behavior, something like a clamped value etc. but I’ve found nothing yet. I’ve also made a totally new project to check if the problem come from mine but have the same issue.

I think the rotation slider in the sequencer works now like the object rotation in the editor (float clamp from 0 to 359) whereas before it worked like a timeline value (float with no value limit).

Has anyone noticed this before? Or found another solution than go back to 5.0?

I thank you in advance and am available for further information.

Hello, Sorry for your troubles. This has been changed for the upcoming 5.4 release so that there are no limits on rotation sliders in Sequencer and in the details panel. Unfortunately there’s no other workarounds in 5.3 that I know of.

Oh! Great! Thank you very much for your answer! I’m switching back to version 5.0 while waiting for version 5.4 then.
