Summary
Good afternoon,
For about 5 months, the sequencer in this map has been having issues, and because of that, I had to disable the map. The cinematics are desynchronized from the linked objects.
For example, in the video I attached, the press is linked to a damage barrier, but the damage barrier descends and deals damage even before the cinematic activates, as if they were out of sync.
After yesterday’s update, it seems that all cinematics are experiencing issues, including their audio. Some sounds do not play during the game.
If you could check one of the cinematics that has always had errors, Sequencer Device 13, you will see that everything looks perfect in the timeline, but during gameplay, it is not.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open UEFN and navigate to the affected map.
- Ensure the Sequencer Device 13 and other cinematic devices are properly set up with linked objects.
- Play a cinematic (e.g., the one where the press is linked to a damage barrier) and observe its behavior.
- Test the cinematic in a private session inside Fortnite.
- Notice that:
- The linked objects (e.g., the damage barrier) do not stay in sync with the cinematic.
- Some sounds in the sequencer do not play in the game, even though they are present in the timeline.
Expected Result
- The cinematics should remain synchronized with all linked objects during gameplay.
- The damage barrier should only descend and deal damage when the cinematic dictates.
- All sounds configured in the sequencer should play in the game, just as they do in UEFN.
Observed Result
- The cinematics are out of sync with the linked objects.
- The damage barrier descends and deals damage before the cinematic activates, making it feel desynchronized.
- Since yesterday’s update, all cinematics seem to have issues, including missing audio.
- Some sounds that are present in the sequencer timeline do not play in the game.
- In Sequencer Device 13, everything looks perfect in the timeline, but in gameplay, it does not work correctly.

Additional Notes
In the video I attached, there is also another bug that I haven’t seen happen as often lately, but it still occurs frequently. The issue is that objects lose collision when they are in a cinematic. It seems like the character passes through the floor when the object has some type of animation.
The bug I reported in the video starts at 1:20 min.
