Sequencer bugs (?)

First issue I am seeing is that when I try to render a sequence out as JPG images, it will render the scene based on the timeline snapping interval.

Additionally, when using a master sequence that is compiled of multiple shots, even though the master sequence is set to have timeline snapping interval of its own, it will still snap to the timeline snapping interval that is set in the individual shots.

Not sure if this is intentional or if there is a setting to disable these things from happening.
