Sequencer breaks car rig.

Here is a question that has baffled me for the last 48 hours. I have a craft director rig that I have been creating sequences out of for the past week, all good. Today (it only happens in camera view) part of the wheel is rotating on a completely different axis to the wheel. One shot shows it in the viewport looking fine. The other shot is it rendering all over the place. It only happens in camera view in the sequencer.


If anyone has any ideas on this it would be appreciated. It only seems to be when the animation is added to the sequencer it breaks it.
