sequencer animation frame export DFAO ghosting issue

when I render a sequencer animation,
is there a way to let frames settle before saving out an image? like have unreal wait an amount of time before rendering the next frame.

when trying out distance field ambient occlusion or light propagation, there’s ghosting that shows up from the DFAO in the frames
but the frames would look good on their own, just fast animation seems to render ghosting with some things turned on
