Sequencer and Animation/Simulation issue

Hi all im so stuck with this problem for a project im working on. I hope someone finds the time to shed some light.
Im responsible for making the cinematics. In the scene we have a bunch of people walking around. The animation works when I hit the sim button but when I want to see the animation through my camera nothing happens. What am I doing wrong here? It looks like the sequencer doesnt work together with the simulation. Im going crazy.

Happened to me on 4.18. Check that all the bodies in the physics asset of the skeletals are set on kinematic or default(depending on your project settings). Add an event key at the beginning of your master sequence and set a correct physics profile if you need physics simulation on your skeletal when export.
I didn’t yet understood why the animations are not working in sequencer without simulation, but this is how I solved.
