Seller verification vs banned sellers returning

Given what’s been happening since Fab launched a couple of sellers I’ve been talking to have mentioned sellers who break the ToS quickly end up returning, often with the same or very similar name.
Assuming these sellers have gone through verification as required, How is this possible?
Most forums back in the day would deal with these kinds of things with an IP or HWID ban which can still be loopholed around but Epic perform full verification checks with Photo ID to even be verified and yet somehow isn’t able to block these nefarious sellers?

Isn’t blocking these kinds of things from happening the entire purpose of being verified?
Between spam sellers who mass upload poorly made AI content in the thousands, sellers uploading ripped content from games and sellers who just reupload whatever asset pack they liked from another seller, is this seller verification really fulfilling its intended purpose?

no see, thats the purpose of the automated ai systems to catch bad actors. the fab dev team is hard at work bringing the browser window back to the launcher

The verification is a legal requirement for payments, or for sellers in the EU. Not something that FAB put in place with the purpose to vet sellers, except what they’re required to by law.

Agree too there should be a robust verification system.
