Summary
I’ve been selling assets for over five years, and last year I was granted seller status without any issues. This year, however, I can’t get approved. It seems my account is now being reviewed automatically, and the verification system is so poorly configured that it fails to validate my documents.
I’m deeply disappointed in Epic Games. Their support team shows no real interest in helping—they simply refer to a third-party contractor and wash their hands of any responsibility. No contact details for this contractor are provided, and from what I can tell, they’re getting paid while doing absolutely nothing. Quite an interesting arrangement, to say the least.
