Today I tried to access my seller profile and couldn’t do it. It says: “Sorry, your seller profile has been discontinued, Please contact https://support.fab.com with any questions or concerns.”
All my products have also disappeared from the store, and I don’t know the reason. I did not violate any platform rules. A week ago, I uploaded a “Sex Animation Pack” that includes sex-related pose animations. I think that might be the reason, but it is properly marked as Mature Content according to all the rules, and there is nothing in it that could justify a ban. There are products on the platform that are much more explicit, not to mention that this pack was submitted for review 5 times during the past week. I have no idea what could have caused my profile to be suddenly closed and all my products removed from the store.
If the FAB support team is reading this, please let me know how this situation can be resolved.
Update: I literally just received an email from support with the following message:
“Your listing contains references to <Pornography/Sexual/Adult Content>. You will need to either publish the listing as a Mature listing or make changes to the product page and files so all references to this are removed.”
But the product was marked as Mature Content. I checked it several times, and it went through review about five times.
I think there won’t be any publisher left soon.
First they invited us, now we’re being kicked out one by one.
My account was suspended for a month. I think they’ll close it completely next time.
I’ve been selling 3D models for 20 years. This is the first time a site has suspended my account. Rather than suspending my account, it makes more sense to remove the infringing models.
I don’t understand this nonsense either. It feels intentional.
In my case, they first approve clearly adult content instead of simply rejecting it immediately, then they block me while ignoring half of the messages. FAB is the best reason to choose Unity over UE.
