Seller here trying to sell soundpacks, FAB feedback says cues aren't working?

So I’m a new seller on unreal/FAB and am attempting to upload my music/audio asset albums to the marketplace. One of the final bits of feedback I got from FAB support was that I failed approval because none of my audio cues work.

I know for sure I imported them correctly, and they’re the required 44.1/16 bit format, PCM. They work when I open the project on my version of unreal (5.6) but apparently it doesnt work when someone else tries to open it.

Anyone know what would be causing this?

Hello there @shadrick1992!

Following UE’s documentation on the matter, for any asset to be published in FAB, it needs to follow the current requirements to the letter:

https://support.fab.com/s/article/FAB-TECHNICAL-REQUIREMENTS

Now, for sounds and music in particular, the guidelines are:

  • Minimum Content: At least 5 tracks.
  • The product page must contain a way for Fab users to listen to samples of the music.
  • Overview Map: Not required.
  • Demo Map: Not required.

Hope this info helps!
