With the Fluid Flux addon, the seller has his own refund policy linked in the product description, outlining supposed “requirements” for customers to qualify for a refund.

Isn’t this rather misleading? Last I checked there is nothing in the Marketplace Seller Guidelines permitting sellers to outline their own refund policy outside of the Marketplace/Fab. This “refund policy” even admits only Epic can issue refunds, so why is he attempting to outline all these restrictions on what can and cannot qualify for a refund?
On top of this, he has recently announced in his Discord that he is transitioning the addon to a plugin, but releasing it as a new product, and people who purchased the addon (which is very expensive) cannot transfer their license. This has already more or less screwed over most of the existing customers, but if someone just recently bought Fluid Flux without installing it, will they not be able to refund it without providing extensive, functionality-related reasoning to the seller outside of official Epic channels?
