Seller Account Suspended After My Product Aproved

I’m extremely disappointed with how you’ve handled my account.
You’ve suspended it twice because of your messed-up procedure. First, you approved my listing, and then suddenly you

blocked my account without any warning. If there was an issue with my listing, you could’ve simply moved it to draft instead of blocking my entire account again.

I have proof that you approved my listing – I am attaching the image.

This is seriously unacceptable.
You didn’t even inform me there was a problem—you just blocked the account. That’s not how a professional platform should operate. I’ve wasted time because of your careless system.

Fix this immediately. I want my account restored and this issue resolved properly.
I expect much better from your platform.

I’m sorry your account was suspended, but the main issue here is that the listing was approved in the first place when it clearly violates Fab’s own distribution agreement and every copyright law there is.

I have no doubt that an AI “reviewed” and approved your listing, not a human.

In case you’re not aware of Fab’s distribution agreement and copyright laws in general:

  • It is your own responsibility to read and be aware of copyright laws and to read and accept Fab’s distribution agreement.

  • You do not own the design of God Of War’s Kratos, Sony Entertainment does.

  • You cannot sell content that you don’t own even if you had created the model yourself from scratch.

  • Trying to sell “Kratos Action Figure” anywhere without a license is called copyright infringement.

  • You mentioned that this is the second time your account was suspended; did you submit the same or a similar model the first time your account was suspended? if so, this would explain the current sudden suspension: submitting multiple listings that contain copyright infringing content.

I haven’t seen the actual model, but in general creating such a model is not an easy task, so if you had created it yourself then you are skilled enough to start producing original content that you can sell anywhere without a problem. I would recommend doing that.
