Sell video made with UE4

Hi.
I would like use UE4 to create videos and animations (in particular with landscape and assets purchased in marketplace… like castle, ancient city, landscape, etc…) to sell to my clients through my website. I create short video (max 1 min).

Is it possible?

Yes, that is permitted. Moreover, you will not owe royalties on revenue generated from non-interactive, linear media such as videos.
