Self Z-Fighting (Single object Whose Materials Z-Fight)

Hello, I’m not sure what the terminology is, which is probably why I’m having trouble finding a solution to this issue, but I have meshes that whose materials are flickering… I assume the flickering is as a result of z-fighting.

Is there a way to circumvent this issue?

Just to reiterate this is a SINGLE mesh, not an overlap of multiple meshes.

I tried changing the render depth, but no luck.
