Selecting Translocator Issues.

I have noticed an issue with trying to select the Translocator. I can select and go to the Translocator by using the scroll wheel on my mouse or by pressing Q to shuffle through all my guns until the Translocator is selected.
Pressing 0 or the second key binding “Mouse thumb button (Mouse button 4)” will not select the Translocator. All my other weapons will select however with their corresponding keys.

I have tried to switch the main key binding to another key and this still did not fix the issue. I have a Razor Naga gaming mouse and G710+ keyboard. I have spoken with others in game who are not having this issue so the problem could potentially be on my side.

I will keep trying to figure out what is going on and I will update this post as soon as I can.
