We already have 3d artists and searching for people who can help us to create episodical horror game in unreal engine. We are all here not just to create, but to learn from each other. Basic knowlege is enough. We will deal with everything together.
The Project:
Status: The core concept is ready, and the scenario is being finalized. We expect to begin full production in about one month.
Deadlines: We will have deadlines, but we prioritize communication. If you run into trouble, we can adjust schedules together. Everything is open for discussion.
Communication: We believe support is the most important word in this project. You can always reach me via messenger or call.
Global Team: You can be from any country. Language is not a barrier these days; we will find a way to communicate. I am not a native speaker myself!
We will learn together. If you dont know how to do something, we will figure it out together.
Compensation & Legal:
Revenue Share: Currently, our budget is dedicated to post-production to ensure the game’s success. Therefore, we cannot offer a fixed salary right now. Instead, we offer a 5% revenue share of all future income for every participant.
Intellectual Property: Your work is protected by intellectual property laws.
Contracts: To avoid premature fees, the company is not yet registered. However, we will register the company during the final stages of production and sign contracts suitable for your specific region.
