Just trying out the Unreal tools for the first time, and trying to play with Elemental. After opening my first project I had a pop-up about watching the guided tour. I did so and near the end when it told me about the more detailed help info (by holding ctrl + alt and hovering) I saw some markup that looked like HTML.
OS is Windows 7 64 bit. Not sure what else is pertinent here.
