Anyone could point me in the right direction pf making such a nice animated see-through characters found in this video? (

Those look like real people, made with a green screen or chopped from live footage with a simple opaque material masked over the top. I imagine they’re probably from some sort of pre-packaged graphics product.

Those are 3D people you can tell by the way they walk. Probably just a translucent material with no shadows - looks like to me.
