"See through" objects.

Can you post a picture?

The Player model should have human features such as the face but is barely noticeable. And the builds used to look non-existent but I did something and they changed to what they are now but are still messed up.

I am new to UE and am learning from a set of tutorials. I got done with my work yesterday and saved it all. I went to work on it more today and realized that most of the objects in the instance were “see through.” Like the opacity was turned way down. I have tried to look through settings and fix this (obviously didn’t get it fixed) but no luck. It even does this in my skeletal mesh for my character. Anyone know what is going on?

Does this part of the viewport say ‘Lit’?:

If it doesn’t, change it to ‘Lit’…

I do have it set to lit. And when I change it to different options and back to lit, it seems to change the “shadows’” place. And I am also noticing my play space has a shake to it. The camera will be sitting idle and you will see all the edges visibly shake. Not sure if that is a problem as well but though I’d share it too.

How about if you click ‘show’ → use defaults.

( the show button in the picture there ).

This did not change anything either. I also tried to open it with the updated version of UE (4.25) and nothing changed with that as well

Is it new levels and new projects also or just certain things?

Now this is what it looks like after leaving it for about an hour. Did not change a thing and opened it back up to this. I did create a new project and it was normal and opened a different project I had and it opened up just fine too. So it seems to be just this certain project.

Absolutely idea I’m afraid, is there much in that project? Can you bin it?

It’s not like I was very far in. I should be able to recreate it but man, I want to know what happened. Thanks for the help!

You could try posting it on the forums also, but put pictures of the whole viewport showing stanards things like third person default level.
