Hey everyone!
I am in the process on a starting for pre-construction design company. Me and my partner feel optimistic in investing into this project. We are currently working with one UE5 engineer, but it seems like his experience is limiting us on what we are wanting to include in this application. We plan to keep working with our current engineer, but we would like a more experienced engineer to be able to work with us along side with our current one.
What is the best way to find seasoned/experienced UE5 engineers to hire by project and not salaried?
