seam between

proxy-seam
hi, when i´m creatin an landscape from heightmap, i get seams between the proxies…what can i do to avoid these seams?

Hey there @loopon! Welcome back to the community! Are the scales matching for each of the landscape components? It seems this was the issue for other users:

In my case I was not using world partition; the landscape did not have proxies, so it may or may not be the same issue.

Does your landscape have separate components at all? If not, then it’s possible this issue stems from the height map’s application to the landscape itself. Is the landscape’s scale any larger than it was originally generated?

hi @ all, i think i found my way:
i made an landscape with an heightmap from an external website.
this worked all fine.
but i had an too intense scaling on the landscape… and this scaling factor caused my “seams”.
now i did it again with an higher resolution of the heightmap - pic and an smaller scaling factor.
now the “seams” are gone :slightly_smiling_face:
