Script error when trying to login

Hello,

I don’t think this is a bug but a local bad configuration, since I haven’t found other people with this problem. I want to buy PPI licenses for the model I created, but I have script errors when appear the login page. I’m not using custom scripts.

If I click yes or no the result is indifferent. After this prompt, I see the login page, but when I click “Sign In with Epic Games” a new script error window pops up:
Then an Internet Explorer 11 window is shown but I cannot login in my epic games account (I don’t think IE should be used, since I have Windows 10 and I use Edge as my default browser.)

My suspect is that the installation I had before the Epic Games Acquisition has left some data in my user folder, but I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it two times, but the problem is still here.

How can I solve this problem?

Hello, also that solution doesn’t work BUT

I’ve found a workaround: I’ve created a new user in my PC and now I can login without errors.
