The Screenshot tool is useful for quick visual exports to send to a client without having to set up views in Media.

  • is there a way to change its default save location from Desktop to somewhere else?
  • is it possible to change the file format from PNG to JPG?

No both are not possible today but they are great suggestions. You could submit the ideas via the Twinmotion public roadmap: https://portal.productboard.com/7pu88c9kpmqtzt8hwg6arujh/tabs/4-under-consideration

+1 for this. The current settings are suitable for sending to clients indeed, but for documentation and archiving PNG files weigh too much.
