Screen tearing in packaged game with Vsync On

Hello, like the title suggests, my packaged game is getting screen tearing. The game looks fine on editor though. Also I have vsync turned on but that doesn’t fix the problem. I have previously packaged the game with no screen tearing, it was only until recently that it started happening. The previous packaged games were built on UE4.22, now I’m using 4.24, does this have to do with changing to 4.24? Has anyone had this problem while using 4.24 or in general? What can be causing this?
