Screen Space GI, distance meshes, Baked into splitscreen

So I made a transition from menu to play that involves setting view targets and creating a player. When I create the player it launches the split-screen window. Unfortunately, it seems as if some part of the distance mesh fields, screen-space shadows are getting baked into the spawned players’ screen. Any idea on what is causing this or how to prevent it? I have attached an image of the issue.
