Screen Size and LOD Overlay on main window

I am having an issue where on my sequences i am getting a display showing the screen size and LOD of SOMETHING? i dont even kow what really. it appears when i am on the camera cut track, i have enclosed a screen capture s oyou can see it. I have asked veryone i can think of, and no one seems to know how i got it there or how i get rid of it. The worsl of it is that it burns into my rencders as well.

any help would be appreciated

I just had this happen to me while I was rendering. For me this shows up when I have a groom asset open. When I close the groom asset window those LOD Stats go away.
