I’m looking for a skybox that doesn’t represent any “real” environment but it’s more abstract.
Reference picture:
The closest thing I was able to find for a reference picture were Memory Corridors from Assassin’s Creed games.
But I was unsuccessful in finding skybox that is anywhere close to it. Could anybody point me out in a direction where I could get one?
It really depends on exactly what you want. There’s a lot of abstract stuff on the market, just put ‘skybox’ in the search bar. This one has a similar feel
Unreal Marketplace was pretty much the first place I was trying to find something similar. It’s true that this one is looking somewhat similar, the issue is that it doesn’t have that “I’m in a software simulation” feeling.

Basically anything that just feels more digital than real if that makes sense.
You might have to make your own. It’s pretty easy.
Just make a particle system like you have here, out of focus, but of fog and use a 3D render target:
