Hello,

We are currently undergoing scheduled maintenance on UnrealEngine.com. The Account page will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance. Maintenance is expected to last until 11pm EST/8pm PST on 8/4/14.

We are currently aware of an issue with some users receiving emails that their account has been cancelled. We are investigating this issue, although it is likely related to our maintenance and not cause for any concern.
