Hey, so I made a thing! I actually posted this a few months ago on Polycount, 10k Hours, and here and I got a lot of great critiques for lighting. So since then, every so often, I’ve stepped back into the project to tweak and change the lighting. I think I’m finally labeling this project as complete! Time to move on to the next big project.
The project was made in the Unreal Engine and optimized for games. The software I used was Maya, zBrush, Substance Designer/Painter, and Photoshop. I made quite a bit of the materials myself in Substance Designer and the others within Substance Painter.
The design is inspired from the likes of Uncharted, Tomb Raider, Indiana Jones, Bourne, and other adventure genres. Here are some screenshots of a few areas, props, and materials used in the scene. Check out my other closeups and high res images on my artstation! Feel free to leave any C&C. Cheers
