I spent nearly 20 minutes scanning an item only for all my work to vanish as soon as I hit export to sketchfab. To say it angered me would be a bit of an understatement. Is it possible to recover it or did my work just completely vanish?
Does the project appear on your project browser within the app still?
You could also try looking into the Files app on your phone and go to
Files → On my iPhone → RealityScan → Captures and you should be able to see it there.
I’m having the exact same issue here, downloaded the app yesterday, tried scanning several items, and it always finished with the project disappearing after exporting.
I can see my scans in the files app, but not in the app…
I’m having the same issue as well. I can see the project.json file as well as all the images in Settings > General > iPhone Storage >RealityScan and in Files > On my iPhone > Captures, but they do not appear in the app and thus cannot be processed.
