Hello all,
I am here for opinions, support, and suggestions, anything helps.

Objective: optimize building portfolio energy efficiency, 120 buildings approximately 1,000,000 SF

Current Workflow: Capture buildings using LIDAR (Trimble X7) → Refine and export .rcp file for Revit in Trimble realworks (other file exports available) → Create BIM in Revit reverse engineered from pointcloud → generate energy analytical model in Revit to be used in energy analysis in OpenStudio program from National Renewable Energy Labratory (NREL) & generate Twinmotion file for beautification and potential Gamification of modeled space.

We have critical systems inventory of Mechanical Electrical and plumbing systems. The idea is to use the as built floor plans from the BIM model to ID location, condition and efficiency of the systems. From there populate the gamified space (Twinmotion or Unreal 5) with the exiting systems to show deficiency and another with high efficiency electrified systems w/ distributed generation systems.

I would like to create something similar to www.iesve.com but in TM or UE5

The environments created would be used to inform decision makers, allow for community input on potential projects and encourage adoption of technology in construction. Too often I see projects get funded go to architects and get whipped through production as budget becomes expendable. I want to empower my community to engage with their buildings virtually to identify needs and rectify in the real world before the money clock ticks.

By identifying the need clearly and ability to show intent will go miles for grant proposals and other funding structure to upgrade building stock to be Net Zero energy sooner than later.

I do not have coding experience or game Dev experience most of my experience comes from curiosity and passion to find means to become energy independent.

I know there are Megagrants through UE5 potentially, would be interested to do one of those if any of you are familiar with that process.

Thanks in advance for any input!
Cheers
