I am facing an issue, in fact, I am attempting to scale a cube and it is scaling on both sides, whereas I desire it to expand on only one side. How can I rectify this? While developing on Roblox, I used to press CTRL to achieve scaling on both sides, but now it occurs automatically, and I am uncertain how to limit it to one side.

So I’m not sure where you’re doing this or how you’re going about it… BUT when you added that cube, if it was just a static mesh (white) instead of a geometry (blue) you can’t get more granular than simply scaling the entire thing.
