OK, it seems like the precision of the drone is not sufficient for such work (properly scaled model). But in that case also the model will be off the real dimensions… What is the scale difference to the original size?
It is possible also with automated process. You will need to use coded targets and know their coordinates or distances between them.
For that you can use -detectMarkers
command and -importGroundControlPoints
, if you know the coordinates or -defineDistance
command for distances. Of course, you will need the proper naming of control points accepted by RealityCapture.
