Scaling issues with skeletal meshes?

Could be user error somehow, BUT.

I made a basic skeletal asset in Blender, and imported it into Unreal.

Default scale is 100 for some reason (which messes with other things). And if I try to set it to 1, it explodes into huge positive/negative scales.

Attached the specific FBX I’m using for reference. (Zipped because apparently I can’t upload FBX?)

I had this issue too, for me fix was in blender export settings and engine import settings but I don’t remember details. It was something like clicking somewhat unexpected button in blender export settings.

I’ll try looking into it when I get home. Still really aggravating.
