Scaling issues when importing cam track

hi everyone -
when importing camera tracking to unreal
we are having scaling issues (i think…)

here is our process

  1. camera tracking from 3DEq which we export as .abc
  2. import to maya - bake keys - export as .fbx
  3. import .fbx to unreal cam in level sequence
  4. attach actor to cam in level sequence
  5. set actor
  6. render
  7. do a slap comp of render with orig plate

ok - so the movement looks good
but what it looks like is that the unreal render is moving slower than the orig plate
im thinking this is a scaling issue

question 1 : is it a scaling issue?
question 2: regardless of what it is - anyone know i how i can fix this?

other things you might need to know

  1. filmback settings are the same for unreal cam and 3Deq cam
  2. frame is same

i saw someone post this which is giving me hope
but there are no details to the solution:

also i watched this and saw no scaling issues which then made deflated…

yr help is apprec!

Got the same issue also, any Fix on it till 2023 ?
We tried export the camera tracking with one cube into others software and is all ok:
Maya > Blender /ok
Maya > C4D /ok
Maya > UE5 /nope
We noticed that every camera animated are ok and only those track got that issue.

if anyone have a clear how to do it please share!
Thanks.

Anyone find a fix? Having the same issue with a different workflow.

Tracking in after effects - export to C4D - export to UE5.

Followed a video and its perfect in his example.
