Scaling a material with Bump offset not working right

Hello all, I have a material with bump offset but it doesn’t seem to scale right. I use TextureCoordinate node to scale a seamless Material on a wall. all of the textures scale right (Occlusion, normals, specular) but the bump offset looks bad. Heres a pic of my material:


Heres before and after, Its really hard to tell without moving around:

It seems like in the after scaling, the bumps are in the wrong places and overall looks worse.
There must be a better way to do this thank you.

Its really weird, In a different project with the same material it looks great.
