Scale Transform On Collision Not Working Correctly

When creating a custom collision, I don’t have any control over scaling. When I scale up it snaps to some extreme distance and when I scale down it does the same and I can’t land anywhere in between. I’ve turned of snap to grid options and the issue persists. The move widget behaves similarly (not nearly as bad). I haven’t found anyone else with this issue so I’m curious if it’s something I’m doing wrong.
