I use reality capture to create point clouds. Then I open my file in Las format. when I open this file in my drawing program I don’t have the right scale.

for point cloud creation are you using images? Is you project scaled or georeferenced inside RealityCapture?
If not, photogrammetry is basically scaleless, so you need to define the distances or coordinates to scale your model.
If it is scaled, what were your settings and which coordinate system was set as output coordinate system?
