Unlike Steam, you don’t provide pre-dlc service. No one on Ark Survival Evolved can play Ark servers after the Aquatica update. They have to be able to roll back with the Steam players. Fix your service to be like Steam’s and let people roll back pre-dlc esp for Ark since it’s got buggy dlc’s. Otherwise we have to spread the word you service is not as good as Steams. You are loosing customers because you don’t care about them.
