Save load hostage

Hey guys i’m on 4.27 and i’m making a story line based horror game.
Point his that now i’m facing the load and save journey and it’s my first time doing so. [Blueprint]
I realized that you have to do every single actor you want to save manually(?)

It’s crazy , i’ve got tons of variables , doors , and items, i can’t imagine someone making an rpg video game how’s gonna deal with it…
Do you know any plugin that can just save the level state as it is?
Or Do you know any proper tutorial?
I can’t find anything explaing how you gonna save the items that are actually being collected and detroyed by the player or doors that should be open and close or hitbox that are supposed to be used once the destroyed… Please help I’m hardly stucked.
